All Sales Are Final
All purchases made on RapidScaleFramework.com are for digital products, online courses, coaching programs, memberships, and downloadable content. Due to the instant and irrevocable nature of digital access, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued once access has been granted.

Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period and you will retain access through that date. No refunds or credits are issued for partial billing periods or unused time remaining on a subscription.
Technical Issues
If you are experiencing a technical problem that is preventing you from accessing content you purchased, please contact us at [email protected] before assuming a refund is needed. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue and ensure you get access to what you paid for.
Exceptions
We understand that unusual circumstances can arise. Any exceptions to this policy are made solely at the discretion of Hernan Vazquez Media LLC on a case-by-case basis. Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund will be issued.

Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to immediately revoke your access to all purchased products and services and to dispute the chargeback with your financial institution using all available documentation.
